RagaMuffin Breed Standards
If you plan on showing your RagaMuffin kittens, it is important that you become familiar with the breed standards. The standards vary a bit depending on the cat association, so set forth below are the breed standards for ACFA, CFA and the GCCF. Since the RagaMuffin breed is a relatively new breed, and especially newly accepted into CFA for Championship status, it is important for breeders to show their RagaMuffin kittens and cats. Not only does it assist in having the RagaMuffin breed become more known in the cat fancy, to both fellow breeders and the judges, but it also educates the public who attend the shows about the RagaMuffin breed. You will usually find a crowd developing around you when you show your RagaMuffin kittens and cats because the RagaMuffin breed is starting to become known and spectators are curious about these gorgeous kittens with such sweet expressions. The CFA judges have become much more accepting of the RagaMuffin cat breed over the past several years and many beautiful RagaMuffin kittens and cats have become Grand Champions and Regional winners. This is a great accomplishment for the RagaMuffin cat breed and breeders (and owners) should be proud to show off their RagaMuffins. Any of the RagaMuffin breeders that are members of The RagaMuffin Kitten Breeders Society would be happy to help any breeder or pet owner that is not experienced with showing to "learn the ropes."
